 Once
you’ve designed your label, you can print it using
your ink jet or laser printer on MaxiSoft® Media.
MaxiSoft® Media is a line of adhesive-backed sheets
that can work in both ink jet and laser printers.
Using MaxiSoft® media insures extra label durability
in both the base material (polyester) and options
for label adhesives. Label adhesive options include
either permanent (very aggressive) adhesive for the
most durable labeling solution, or removable for temporary
labeling.
Ink Jet Printing: MaxiSoft®
Media for ink jet printers is available in blank white
sheets since ink jet printers print in color. Create
any label layout you need and print them on standard
8 1/2 x 11 sheets. MaxiSoft® Media comes in die cut
or blank 8 1/2 x 11 sheet sizes.
Laser Printing: MaxiSoft®
Media for laser printers comes in a wide variety of
both blank sheets and pre-printed. The blank sheets
can be used with color laser printers for full color
labels. For users with standard black laser printers
MaxiSoft® has developed full-color pre-printed sheets
which are die cut to exact label dimensions.

K-SUN 9300XXL
 Printer:
The K-Sun 9300XXL printer has been
optimized to be used with the MaxiSoft® RTKV2 HazCom
Chemical Labeling Software. The printer prints at
speeds up to 2” per second on the durable all-weather
PolyDurable® label stock.

Pre-printed RTK PolyDurable®:
The PolyDurable® printing rolls are die cut and
pre-printed in a variety of sizes and layouts. The
resin printing ribbons are also chemically matched
to the PolyDurable®
rolls for the highest print quality and durability
to ensure print will not run, scratch, peel or wipe
off labels. PolyDurable® material has an outdoor
life expectancy of at least 5 years and resists
chemicals, abrasion, UV light, and temperature
extremes. Labels are suitable for indoor and outdoor
use. The aggressive, high-tack adhesive applied
to the PolyDurable® material
makes labels that can be used in the plant, lab,
shop, storage areas and more! Other adhesive options
are available and a wide variety of die cut sizes
and formats are also available to support the MaxiSoft®
RTKV2 HazCom Chemical Labeling Software program.

TearGuard™
MaxiSoft® RTKV2 HazCom Chemical Labeling Software programs include one custom
label format designed to work on three sizes of MaxiSoft® Media (TTP, ink

Jet and Laser Printable Media.
