K-Sun Corporation is located in Somerset, Wisconsin. In the late 1990's, K-Sun expanded its core business of electronic labeling machines and supplies by acquiring MaxiSoft® Software. By adding a software development branch to the company, K-Sun bolstered its already successful manufacturing and distribution business. During the same time MaxiSoft® became a subsidiary of K-Sun Corporation, AzCoat, Inc., an Arizona based coating company, joined the K-Sun team. AzCoat added supply manufacturing, plus research and development capability to K-Sun. Each branch of K-Sun Corporation has maximized its strengths and put together the entire MaxiSoft® Software line. MaxiSoft® develops the software, AzCoat develops and manufactures the supplies, finally K-Sun markets and distributes the line through its dealer network.
